Search engine optimisation is not always about being fast.  It can actually take weeks for you to see results on all of the hard work you have done.  You will work hard to create pages, links, write content, and find directory listings, and yet you will not see results within minutes of it all being launched.  In fact you may be wondering if you will ever see results.
